Yes. Kimpa Free includes one mailbox on your own domain, 5 GB of storage, and every Kimpa app, with no monthly charge.
No. Customer data is not used to train AI models. Kimpa Assist only runs when you ask it to, for example to draft a reply or catch up on a thread.
No. Kimpa does not sell personal data or use the content of private messages to build advertising profiles.
Kimpa supports a staged migration: connect your current provider, test one destination mailbox, then move mail, contacts, and calendars for the rest of the organization.

You can export your data first. After cancellation, Kimpa deletes or de-identifies personal data within a reasonable period, typically within ninety days, unless the law requires longer retention.
