LEGAL
Acceptable use
The rules that protect Kimpa users, infrastructure, delivery reputation, and the wider internet.
Kimpa must not be used for abuse, unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, credential theft, malware, impersonation, or attempts to bypass service controls.
These terms apply to Kimpa services provided by the relevant Glemad entity for your location and account.
Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules that protect Kimpa users, infrastructure, delivery reputation, and the wider internet. It applies to everyone who accesses the Services and is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
Unlawful and harmful activity
You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to transmit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive.
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour
Kimpa has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send or share content that is abusive, harassing, bullying, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity, and you must not impersonate others. Anyone can report a message or a person from within Kimpa Team and can block any user. Your organization's administrators review reports and can remove content and remove or block people; reports still open after 24 hours are escalated to Kimpa, which removes violating content and the accounts that posted it. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice. To report a concern, use the report option in the app or contact Kimpa support at help@kimpa.io.
Unsolicited bulk messaging
You must not use Kimpa to send unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam), operate open mail relays, or distribute content in violation of applicable anti-spam law. Accounts that damage mail delivery reputation may be throttled, suspended, or terminated to protect deliverability for all users.
Security circumvention and malware
You must not distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other controls.
Impersonation and deception
You must not impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, send phishing messages, or use Kimpa to facilitate credential theft or fraud, including by imitating addresses or brands you do not control.
Infrastructure and resource abuse
You must not place unreasonable load on the Services, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use automated means to extract data at a scale that degrades the Services for other users.
Intellectual property and third-party rights
You must not use the Services to infringe another party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Reporting violations
Report suspected violations using the in-app report option or by contacting help@kimpa.io. Organization administrators can review reports and remove content or restrict members; unresolved reports are escalated to Kimpa for review.
Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination, without notice where necessary to protect the Services or other users. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as new risks emerge. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date.
